A single silver rose, small as a button, hangs at the center of a delicae figaro chain. Beneath it a freshwater pearl drops. Two more pearls sit on the chain either side of the flower, and two at the clasp, so the white returns quietly all the way round. The rose is handmade in sterling silver filigree, its petals darkened so each curl is shadowed. The chain is light enough to forget you’re wearing it, until the pearl moves against your collarbone
