Refund policy

 

If you have changed of heart, you may return your Yvone Christa web purchase by mailing it to us within 14 working days for full refund.

Exclusion :  In accordance with the Article L.221-28 of the Consumer code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal regarding products made to order or which are personalized.  

NOTE:  You may not exercise the right of withdrawal simply by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up from the shipper.

  • You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase for full merchandise refund, except freight charges are not refundable.
  • Returns only apply of goods that has been purchased directly from this Yvone Christa EU website.
  • The merchandise needs to be returned new and unused with all tags still attached to the jewelry, included the original packaging and any labels.  Please return with invoice to assure accurate refund.
  • Please ensure your return is packed safely with all elements & include your contact information.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

For all returns please send and email notifying the return to Customer Service prior to shipping the item(s) and to receive return authorization and return address.  Online returns need to be sent to Yvone Christa by trackable shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed once your package and items have been received and checked. Your refund will be credited directly to your credit card or bank account.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
